Courtesy toward instructors, fellow participants, and respect for equipment is mandatory.

5. Media Consent

SCAUP reserves the right to take photos or videos at events. If parents or participants do not consent, they must notify SCAUP via email.

6. Health Disclosure

Parents must provide accurate and complete health information for children to ensure their safety during activities.

7. Supervision

Minors should be brought and picked up by a known adult unless prior consent is given by the legal guardian.
